Berat GEYLAN

I was born in 1996 in Bursa, Turkey, into an Albanian-origin family deeply rooted in manufacturing and international trade. Growing up in an environment shaped by production, commerce, and design significantly influenced my business mindset from an early age. My father has extensive experience in furniture production management and international trading, while my mother, an amateur painter, contributed to my appreciation for aesthetics and creativity.

I completed my high school education at American High School of Kosovo and later graduated from Bilkent University with a degree in Business Administration. Instead of pursuing a conventional corporate career, I chose to enter the field directly and founded Expolisi, focusing on building practical, scalable, and sustainable international trade operations.

As Founder and CEO of Expolisi, I lead a project-driven B2B business model specializing in furniture and interior solutions, with a strong emphasis on international supply chain management. My work centers on connecting Turkey’s manufacturing capabilities with global markets across Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East, and the United States, while maintaining full control over sourcing, quality, logistics, and delivery processes.

My leadership philosophy is built on three core principles:

I actively operate in English, Turkish, and Albanian, enabling direct communication with international partners and on-site teams. I am highly analytical, results-driven, and continuously focused on improving efficiency, structure, and execution within every layer of the business.

My vision is to position Expolisi not merely as a trading company, but as a globally trusted solution partner and a reference brand for reliable, high-quality, and well-managed B2B operations.
