Project Manager

I was born in 1996 in İnegöl, Bursa, Turkey, a region widely recognized for its strong manufacturing culture and deep connection to the furniture industry. Growing up in an environment shaped by production, trade, and entrepreneurship helped me develop an early interest in business, organization, and international commerce.
I graduated from the Faculty of Tourism at Anadolu University, where I gained a strong foundation in communication, service management, cultural awareness, and international relations. This educational background later supported my ability to build strong business relationships and manage projects with a disciplined, solution-oriented approach.
In 2020, I began my professional career as an Export Specialist, focusing on international sales, customer relations, logistics coordination, and export operations. This role allowed me to gain hands-on experience in global trade and understand the importance of reliable communication, planning, and execution in international business.
In 2023, I founded my first export office, taking an important step into entrepreneurship and building a structure focused on connecting Turkish production capabilities with global markets. In 2024, I established my first furniture project manufacturing factory, expanding my work from trade into project-based production and operational management.
Today, as a Project Manager, I focus on managing furniture and interior project processes from planning to delivery. My work involves coordinating production, following project timelines, managing client expectations, controlling quality standards, and ensuring that each project is completed with precision and professionalism.
My professional approach is based on clear communication, disciplined planning, trust-based partnerships, and sustainable growth. I believe that successful project management requires not only technical coordination, but also strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to bring people, processes, and goals together.
My vision is to continue building reliable, well-managed, and internationally competitive project operations that represent the quality, flexibility, and production strength of Turkey in global markets.
